Smalls Sunday: In Your Face

Yesterday I pointed the camera toward the ground to take a picture of Smalls. Rather than continue doing whatever cute thing she was doing, though, she noticed me paying attention to her and jumped up to say hello. The result is on of the funniest Smalls pictures to date.

MOM! HI MOM! LOOK AT ME! MOM!

In case you’re concerned, by the way, all the extra skin on her neck tends to scrunch up around her collar like that from time to time. I assure you her collar is not choking her, despite appearances to the contrary.

    It’s like when we pick up Ted to sit on the couch, he flips over on to his back as if to say, “FINE. If I must be here, I may as well get a tummy rub.” And then we oblige, of course, for the huge inconvenience we have caused him.
