Smalls Sunday: You’re Killin’ Me, Tags!

Last Sunday, when Smalls first got her collar and tags, she wasn’t so thrilled about all the new stuff dangling from her neck. She tried like hell to show those tags who was boss, but she couldn’t quite get her mouth around them.
